Add PTZ User in HIK Vision Camera

Enable ONVIF Protocol

  • Step 1: Login to IP Camera

  • Step 2: Go to settings

  • Step 3:  Go to Network

  • Step 4:  Go to Advanced

  • Step 5:  Go to Integrations

  • Step 6:  There should be a option or checkbox for Enable ONVIF Protocol. click and enable it.

Add a PTZ User

  • Step 1: Login to IP Camera

  • Step 2: Go to settings

  • Step 3:  Go to Network

  • Step 4:  Go to Advanced

  • Step 5:  Go to Integrations

  • Step 6:  Click Add User

  • Step 7:  Click Role as Administrator

  • Step 8:  Create a new user with appropriate username and password
    [Note: - Password should not contain @]

  • Step 9:  Click Save or Apply or Add to save/create a new user.
